Designing Newsletters

(1-day hands-on training)

At the conclusion of this course students will have designed a newsletter template. Students are encouraged to bring personal files for this project, including logos, photos, stories/articles, additional information to be included. It is also recommended student bring a storage device (ie. jump drive) to take all materials away.

• Import pictures and text into a layout
• Adding color to your layout
• The essentials of great looking type
• Preparing for print
