How do I schedule and/or confirm my test?
We partner with Prometric, Pearson VUE, Kryterion, Certiport, pan Testing and Castle testing organizations. You may schedule your test by following the directions provided by any of these organizations. Our testing facility is unable to confirm any appointment details.
What should I bring with me?
Each testing organization has different requirements about what you’ll need to check in and sit for your exam. These can vary greatly by test sponsor, so please read your exam testing organization’s requirements carefully. Make sure you read ALL requirements as exceptions may apply to you.
We recommend that you always bring two forms of identification with you. One must be a current, government issued photo ID like your driver’s license or passport. Secondary forms of identification include credit cards or debit cards where the name matches that of your government issued ID and of your test registration and MUST include a signature.
If your testing company has provided you with an Authorization Letter, Notice to Schedule, username, password, launch code or exam voucher number, please have them with you as well.
Other than your ID documents and test specific information and perhaps a sweater, we suggest you bring as little as possible. We provide lockers for you to secure your personal belongings during your test, such as your watch, keys, wallets, handbags, etcetera.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at the testing center at least 30 minutes before the exam is scheduled to begin. In many cases, the testing company does not allow us to begin a scheduled test after the scheduled time. We need a few moments to properly check you in at our facility, prep your testing station and deliver any relevant instructions before you begin your exam.
